Office Based Onsite and Remote IT Support Engineer – Norwood JHB (Ref: ATOB001)
Customer Based Onsite IT Support Engineer – Strijdom Park JHB (Ref: ATCB002)

Minimum requirements:

  • Matric, A+, N+, MCSE (or equivalent)
  • A degree in Computer Science or other relevant IT qualification will be a bonus
  • South African citizenship
  • Driving license and own reliable vehicle
  • Minimum of three years of relevant experience
  • Contactable references

Working knowledge of:

  • MS Windows and MS Office

The key performance areas will be:

  • Provide remote and/or on-site first line support to customers
  • Respond and resolve helpdesk tickets within stipulated timeframes
  • Maintenance, repair, configuration of PCs, servers and network equipment
  • Deployments of new installations, network upgrades, projectsWorking hours:
    Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (outside these hours when the projects take place)

Tied to the market, based on proven work performance and capabilities
